To become a Chartered Engineer (CEng), you can choose any of the two ways given below:

·        Online using Career Manager, the IET’s online skills development and recording tool for fewer application fees.

·        Using off a paper application form that you can ask for from the authority website.

What you have to submit:

Proof of your competence and commitment; adhere to the UK-SPEC competence framework to know how to do this.

You will also be required to have:

·        Your development action plan

·        An accountability program

·        Higher education certificates

·        One person for providing support for your application. You may also have two extra supporters.
