What is PLAR ASET Assessment?
If you desire an ASET certification using a PLAR, then read this blog. Here, we will tell you about who can use this certification pathway, its fees, and the ASET assessment process of the application.
What
is PLAR for ASET assessment?
ASET (the Association of Science and
Technology Professionals of Alberta) is committed to giving recognition to the
qualifications of technology professionals who have unique backgrounds and
circumstances.
The Prior Learning Assessment and
Recognition (PLAR), which is a pre-assessment program is for a certification
applicant who:
1. Has
not graduated from applied engineering, science, or information technology
program or can’t produce academic transcripts, and
2. Has
at least 24 months of relevant technical work experience
If you are with a journeyman certificate,
have completed a post-secondary technical certificate, or have graduated from a
military-technical program, then you are academically eligible for applying for
C.Tech and don’t need to complete a PLAR ASET assessment. You should hire an
ASET report writing expert who can also help you by writing a competency report
for you following ASET technical report guidelines.
The professional will also help you by taking you to the C.Tech. application
page and give you further assistance.
