following certification and documents:
● All candidates need to have current
membership before application.
● A copy of CV.
● Description of your job.
● An organizational chart manifesting
the position, name, and what you are accountable for and responsible for.
● Your CPD record from the last 12
months (only required in case you have been in membership for more than one
year).
● Your plan for forward action for the
coming years.
