The application includes five sections. Finishing all the elements is mandatory for private submission. This needs to be in your words about your professional career and the competencies achieved by you. More than the application, you will be required to give the following certification and documents:

       All candidates need to have current membership before application.

       A copy of CV.

       Description of your job.

       An organizational chart manifesting the position, name, and what you are accountable for and responsible for.

       Your CPD record from the last 12 months (only required in case you have been in membership for more than one year).

       Your plan for forward action for the coming years.
