RICS Assessment Checklist For A Senior Professional And Specialist

The RICS assessment checklist for a senior professional and specialist we have given in this article summarizes the main points in the submission requirements for the SPA/SPE. The checklist is so well prepared that it ensures that you provide the information your assessors need to evaluate your skills, knowledge, and competency.

You must know that RICS has the right to cancel or refuse interviews if at any time it comes to know that the submission/assessment criteria have not been fulfilled. It includes case study validity, word count, ethics module and test, fees, plagiarism, CPD, qualification and experience, eligibility, and any other criteria given in the RICS Regulations.

It would mean your assessment would be delayed to the next available assessment session. If delayed, you need to re-apply and submit your updated submission.

You need to have completed the RICS Ethics Module in the last 12 months when applying. You don’t need to give evidence of completing the RICS Ethics Module. It will be checked when applying for assessment. If this need has not been fulfilled, your RICS assessment will be delayed.
